Policies

 

Room rates are double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Rates vary according to dates selected and are subject to sales and occupancy taxes. A two-night minimum applies on weekends, holidays and special events. The Inn is entirely non-smoking and pets are not allowed. 

Upon booking, a deposit equal to 50% of rental rate for length of stay is required. 

Cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days before arrival receive a refund of deposit less a $25.00 cancelation fee. Cancellations made less than fourteen days before arrival forfeit the entire deposit. Cancellations made on the day of arrival or shortened stays after check-in will be charged the full amount of the confirmed reservation. 

Upon check-in a valid photo ID and credit card are required.

Children over the age of 6 are welcome to stay in parent's room, provided that Innkeepers are notified at time of booking and the total allowed occupancy of the room is not exceeded. Children are to be supervised at all times. Safety of your children is a priority. 

We have a strict check-in time policy, so please note:

Check-in time is 4PM to 6PMArrival times later than 6PM  on days the restaurant is not open for dinner must be approved in advance at time of booking, in order to ensure that there is an available staff member present and will incur a late arrival fee of $25.
