Why our Wine Pairing Dinners are a great way to enjoy our cuisine

The Glendale Springs Inn & Restaurant offers Wine Pairing Dinners monthly on Wednesday evenings.  The events begin with a meet and greet to allow guests to meet or reconnect with each other. We often have the winemakers themselves present the wines. You will learn about the history, production and personality of each wine. Our chef carefully creates a five course tasting menu that pairs perfectly with the wines and the theme of the evening. Take the opportunity to enjoy multiple examples of the culinary expertise of our kitchen.
