We invite you to join us for fine dining at our restaurant located at the Inn only minutes from downtown West Jefferson, and within a short drive from Boone and Blowing Rock, NC. Our Executive Chef Myleia Slagle has been with us since August of 1998, she is a proud native of Ashe County, North Carolina, she puts a lot of love into the Food and is dedicated in making every dish one to remember.
Myleia and the staff have carefully designed the menu for your enjoyment and selected a wide variety of excellent domestic (including several outstanding wines from North Carolina) and imported wines.
There are three dining rooms, the Main Dining Room, the Arbor Room which overlooks the herb and flower gardens, and the Peach Room which is ideal for groups of up to sixteen. In the summer dining on the porch is available.
